Cycling Routes

The shortest route approx. 11 km. Leaving Dwór Zbożenna, we head west towards national road no. 12. There is a wide sidewalk alongside the road. After about a kilometer, we turn left. The road we will follow now is partly a gravel road but mostly a sandy path between fields and forests. After riding about 1.3 km, we make a slight right turn and continue straight ahead. On the left side, we will pass the Fryszerka horse stud. At the height of the stud, we turn right and through forest paths we reach the gas station by national road no. 12. We continue straight among small buildings and fields until we reach Kolejowa Street in Skrzyńsko. We can briefly turn left to see the Marian Sanctuary or right to continue our route. After riding just under 4 km, we turn right and after 200 meters we find ourselves right in front of Dwór Zbożenna.

The route is about 16 km long. Leaving Dwór Zbożenna, we head west towards national road no. 12. There is a wide sidewalk alongside the road. After about a kilometer, we turn left. The road we will now follow is partly a gravel road but mostly a sandy path between fields and forests. After riding about 1.3 km, we make a slight right turn and continue straight ahead. Along the way, we pass the Fryszerka horse stud. Going straight, we reach the asphalted Przemysłowa Street (DW727). We turn left and then after about 100 meters turn right towards Młyny (DW 749). Riding this road, we reach Topornia, where we can rest by the beautiful reservoir. After a moment of rest, we head to Przysucha. We head northeast on DW 749, then slightly turn left onto Świętokrzyska Street. There is a bike path on Świętokrzyska Street. This street turns right and becomes Legionów Polskich Street. We go straight through the roundabout until we reach the intersection with Radomska Street.
At this point, we can deviate from the route for a while. Turning left will take us to Przysucha's market square with the Kolberg bench. We can also continue to the Church or Synagogue. If we do not plan to tour the town, at the intersection with Radomska Street, we continue straight on Jana Pawła II Street. Soon, we reach the park where the Dembiński Manor and the Oskar Kolberg Museum are located. Then our route leads to Skrzyńsko. Riding Dembiński Street, we reach Przemysłowa Street in Skrzyńsko. We turn right, then shortly after turn left onto road 727. On the left side, we see the Marian Sanctuary. We turn right onto Kolejowa Street. This is a little-traveled asphalt road. After riding just under 4 km, we turn right and after 200 meters find ourselves directly in front of Dwór Zbożenna.

This route is about 17 km. We start like the previous routes. Leaving Dwór Zbożenna, we head west towards national road no. 12. There is a wide sidewalk alongside the road. After about a kilometer, we turn left. The road we will now follow is partly a gravel road but mostly a sandy path between fields and forests. We continue straight ahead. We reach the village of Wydrzyn. There we turn right, pass Zdonków and reach road 727 by Spacerowa Street in Borkowice. We turn right. On the left side, we pass a park with the historic Dembiński palace. The palace was built in 1908 according to the design by W. Marconi and Z. Hendel. We recommend a walk in the palace park. Currently, it is neglected, but among numerous trees we can find, among others, a 300-year-old plane tree. From the palace complex, it is only about 400 m to the Church of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross. We can end our trip at this church and return to Dwór Zbożenna or, if we still have enough strength, we can head to Krakowa Góra.
If we choose to go to Krakowa Góra, just after the church, we must turn left. After about 1 km, we turn right and then left. The stations of the Way of the Cross will help us find the way to Krakowa Góra. From Krakowa Góra, there is a beautiful view of the surroundings.
If we do not plan a trip to Krakowa Góra, we return to Dwór Zbożenna. The route initially is the same; however, we do not turn left to the village of Wydrzyn but continue straight. We reach Skrzynno, where we turn left and by national road no. 12 we return to Dwór Zbożenna.
